The 5MP camera is surprisingly crisp for video calls, way better than my old laptop's grainy webcam. Setup was a breeze right out of the box, and the 512GB SSD gives me plenty of room for files.

I've been flipping this into tablet mode every night for sketching and the hinge still feels tight, no wobble at all. The 14" touchscreen is sharp enough that I forget it's a renewed unit, and the fingerprint reader logs me in faster than typing a password ever did.

The backlit keyboard is way brighter than my old laptop's, which I appreciate since I type a lot at night with the lights off. The 5MP camera also made my work calls look noticeably sharper. For a renewed unit, it arrived looking and running like new.
