Charlotte T. ★★★★★

The 1TB SSD is a huge upgrade from my old laptop—finally enough space for all my projects without an external drive. Even with the minor scratches on the case, it runs like new and handles heavy multitasking without any lag.

Alexander ★★★★★

Upgraded from a 2015 model and the 32GB RAM makes a night-and-day difference for my photo editing workflow—no more lag when stacking layers. The minor scratches mentioned were barely noticeable and the renewed unit came looking nearly new.

Adam G. ★★★★★

The factory renewed unit arrived with barely visible scratches on the lid, nothing that bothers me when it's open. The 1TB storage was the main draw since my old laptop kept choking on large photo libraries, and now everything loads instantly.
